[Hiring] Telehealth Consultant Psychiatrist @XRHealth

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team and provide telehealth-based psychiatric assessments, diagnostic clarification, and medical prescribing services.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments via secure telehealth platforms for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide diagnostic formulation and confirmation of mental health conditions (including neurodevelopmental, mood, and anxiety disorders).
• Offer prescribing and medication review services, as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychologists and other allied health professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.

Qualifications

• Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) or equivalent.
• Full registration with AHPRA.
• Current prescriber number and professional indemnity insurance.
• Experience working across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults).
• Experience in telehealth and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred.
