Role Description

Select Radiology Solutions (SRS) is seeking a remote evening radiologist for an independent private practice-based teleradiology group with over 50 radiologists. • Customizable Compensation Packages - Tailored to candidates’ preferences, including quarterly on-shift production bonuses of $36 to $41 per wRVU.
• Partnership track available (preferred and encouraged), offering profit-sharing and ownership shares that generate lucrative partner distributions.
• $5,000 tech/CME fund and 401(k) contributions after six months.
• Flexible shift options:
  • Evening: 3 PM – 11 PM ET or 6 PM – 2 AM ET - 7 on 7 off (with only 13 weekends instead of 26 weekends) or 7 on 14 off schedules.
• Licensing & Credentialing Costs Covered – We handle all the paperwork.
• Smart Worklist Assignment – Subspecialty reads are routed to the appropriate radiologists, ensuring a balanced caseload.
• Minimal Distractions – Workstation provided, minimal phone calls, and 24/7 Tele-Assist support to manage critical result notifications.

Qualifications

• Must be residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology and Board-Certified or Board-Eligible.
• Fellowship training is preferred but not required.
• Must reside and read from within the United States (no preliminary or international reads).

Requirements

• Full-time compensation, $500k-$700k+ income, partners earn additional annual distributions.
• Additional earning opportunities, including "Hop-On Hop-Off" moonlighting and “RVU Buckets.”
• W2 employees are eligible for a group cash balance plan in addition to a 401(k) with sizable corporate contribution after 6 months of service.
• Commencement Bonus offered along with annual business Expense allowance.
