Role Description

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side — scheduling, billing, insurance — so you can focus on care.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Supervisee in Social Work and pursuing LCSW licensure in Virginia.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.
• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
