Role Description

Are you ready to make a lasting impact in specialty care? We’re seeking a dedicated and dynamic Student Pharmacovigilance Associate to join our NavieGo team at BioScript Solutions, where we put our patients first!

• Managing the collection, processing, and reporting of adverse events (AEs) and reconciliation reports;
• Accountable for recognizing, triaging, and reporting as per the program or manufacturer requirements;
• Maintaining high compliance standards regarding reporting timelines, quality of reporting, and responding to inquiries from stakeholders;
• Help conduct Pharmacovigilance compliance activities;
• Assisting in the initiation of investigations for late AE reports;
• Responsible to report any patient safety information as per adverse event reporting requirements and product quality complaints reporting requirements;
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSc or health science-related degree;
• Experience in pharmacovigilance/medical information/adverse event reporting/safety case processing;
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
• Proficient in safety regulatory expectations;
• Above average verbal and written communication skills;
• Demonstrated prioritization skills and ability to multitask to meet tight deadlines;
• Comfortable working with computers and technology, specifically the Microsoft Office suite of products;
• Bilingual, English/French is an asset.
