Role Description

Pop Online Speech Pathology is a telehealth speech pathology company founded and led by Speech Pathologists. We believe passionately in the power of telehealth to deliver exceptional, equitable care to Australians wherever they live. Our caseload is diverse, clinically rich, and genuinely interesting, working across the full breadth of speech pathology practice, including:

• Language and literacy
• Speech (articulation, phonology, motor speech)
• Fluency
• Voice
• Social communication
• Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
• Early communication
• Orofacial myology
• Swallowing and feeding (including paediatric feeding)
• Neurodevelopmental delay

Qualifications

• Recognised Speech Pathology qualification
• Current SPA membership
• Medicare Provider Number
• Full Australian working rights

Requirements

• Experience in or a genuine understanding of the private practice model
• Excited about telehealth and believes in its power to deliver equitable, accessible care
• Worked to a high clinical standard with supervision and support
• Brings a holistic, client-centred approach to a diverse caseload
• Holds a high standard of clinical administration
• Comfortable in a data-informed environment
• Sees feedback as a tool for growth
