Role Description
Join Australia’s Leading Virtual Reality Allied Health Network as a Speech Pathologist – VR Telehealth. This role will involve working with neurodiverse children, adolescents, and adults aged 10 years and above, supporting communication, social interaction, and functional communication skills through telehealth and VR-supported therapy.

Conducting comprehensive initial assessments to determine client suitability for telehealth and VR services

Delivering evidence-based speech pathology therapy sessions through telehealth, including VR supported interventions

Supporting communication, social interaction, language, and functional communication skills

Developing individualised therapy plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs

Monitoring and documenting progress while maintaining high clinical and professional standards

Preparing reports including assessments, progress reports, and summaries for families, support coordinators, and other stakeholders

Collaborating with families, support teams, and other allied health professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes

Maintaining professional registration and compliance in line with AHPRA and Speech Pathology Australia standards
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years clinical experience

Full registration with AHPRA and Speech Pathology Australia

Located in Australia with full working rights

Experience working with children and adolescents

Experience supporting clients with autism, ADHD, social communication differences, and language development

Experience delivering therapy via telehealth

A suitable work from home setup including high-speed internet in Australia

Strong communication skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice

Understanding of the NDIS framework and goal-based therapy

Interest in emerging technology and the role of VR in allied health practice
