Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) with New York Licensure to join our team as a Full-Time Remote Sleep Scorer. In this role, you will be responsible for scoring and analyzing sleep studies while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and patient care. Reporting to the Clinical Operations team, this position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate interpretation of sleep diagnostic testing.

• Evaluate study data quality for in-lab and Home Sleep Testing (HST) studies
• Score HST, MSLT, MWT, PSG, Split-Night, and PAP titration studies
• Analyze data acquired during polysomnographic sleep studies
• Apply AASM scoring guidelines and established company protocols
• Identify and address technical issues affecting study quality
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and patient privacy requirements
• Collaborate with physicians, sleep technologists, and clinical staff as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Current Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential
• Current New York licensure required
• BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Minimum of two years of sleep study scoring experience
• Minimum of two years of experience with Home Sleep Testing devices
• Thorough knowledge of polysomnography procedures and sleep medicine protocols
• Proficiency with computer systems and sleep diagnostic software
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple sleep software platforms
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members

Requirements

• Current RPSGT credential
• Current New York Sleep Technologist License (required)
• Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet access
• Hourly pay ranging from $40-$45/hr DOE
