Role Description

In this role, you’ll be the key connection between sites, sponsors, and internal teams, supporting regulatory readiness, site start-up activities, and compliance with global clinical standards — all while working remotely and building a strong foundation in Clinical Operations.

• Be the main point of contact for investigative sites during study start-up
• Support feasibility, site outreach, regulatory documentation, and IRB/IEC submissions
• Partner closely with CRAs and project teams to meet study milestones
• Keep systems and the Trial Master File inspection-ready

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in clinical research or study start-up
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory processes
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and the local language
