Role Description

This role involves contributing to the strategy of becoming a center of excellence in the development of biological entities, chemical entities, and medical devices.

• Assure the development of formulation and manufacturing processes for finished products (injectable and oral forms).
• Guarantee, pilot, and coordinate technical or scientific studies related to new product introductions or technologies, process optimization, and manufacturing campaigns.
• Participate in continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the department.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist, chemical engineer, Master's degree in sciences or equivalent, ideally with a PhD.
• 7-10 years of experience in a similar role in pharmaceutical development.
• Fluency in English to effectively interface with English-speaking subcontractors.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of formulation techniques and manufacturing processes applied to pharmaceutical development of finished products (oral and/or injectable forms).
• Organization and autonomy in conducting studies.
• Mastery of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Proven experience in project management and subcontractor management.
• Team spirit and ability to work in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
