Role Description
The Sr. Science & Health Advisor, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, will oversee the outpatient portfolio of certification programs and all business functions, including:

Development, implementation, revision, and management of programs

Projections, budget, grant, and expense management

Overseeing the recruitment, engagement, and management of the volunteer workgroup for each healthcare certification

Managing oversight and coordinating operational and logistical deliverables

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and vendors
-
Overseeing the build process for the platforms needed to advance professional certifications
-
Supporting and partnering with internal teams to develop and improve new and current programs
-
Fostering and managing relationships with external collaborating organizations, expert volunteers, and internal cross-functional teams

Designing, continuously evaluating, and auditing certification processes
-
Collaborating with the Certification Evaluation Team to draft measurable standards
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience
-
Five (5) years of relevant clinical experience

Experience in healthcare, healthcare education, or in a public health-related organization
-
Project management experience; experienced in influencing performance without direct line accountability

Program development experience in a fast-paced environment

Skilled in recruiting, training, and developing volunteers

Proficient knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office

Ability to travel up to 20% and overnight stay
Requirements

Masterβs degree in nursing, biology, business administration, public health, or other healthcare-related fields (preferred)

Experience in hospital or outpatient certification programs

Salary minimum to midpoint of the range is $109,900.00 to $146,600.00
