Role Description
The Senior Manager of Clinical Product is a clinical expert within our Clinical Product team, responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving InStrideβs therapy content, training, and protocols to ensure they are effective, evidence-based, and best in class. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role that plays a key role in supporting organizational growth.

Serve as an internal expert on the InStride care model and evidence-based practices for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders.

Act as a trusted clinical resource and innovator for specialty content.

Stay current with emerging best practices and rapidly integrate cutting-edge approaches.

Produce, review, and coordinate evidence-based clinical content for external audiences.

Prepare clinical content, protocols, and training to support planned expansions.

Build and continuously improve training, protocols, and clinical resources for complex presentations.

Help lead the responsible and innovative integration of AI into clinical care.

Lead regular updates to the curriculum, Provider Guide, and clinical protocols.

Contribute to strategic enablers and major clinical initiatives.

Provide direct care by facilitating parent/caregiver and/or patient groups.
Qualifications

PhD or PsyD in psychology from an accredited school of psychology, LICSW from an accredited school of social work, or LMHC & Masters degree from an accredited graduate program.

Advanced clinical background and education focused on children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety, OCD, and related disorders.

Experience and training in evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT).

Experience creating engaging, evidence-based clinical materials for children, teens, and young adults.

Ability to translate complex clinical and operational concepts into clear content and protocols.

Demonstrated curiosity about AI and a trajectory of adopting new tools.

Enthusiasm for applying AI responsibly to improve care.

Preferred: experience working on a clinical product team and interfacing with technology/product partners.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

Strong clinical judgment and comfort making decisions in areas where structure is still being built.

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and cultural competence with regard to diversity and inclusion.
Requirements

The expected annual salary for this role is between $130,000-$145,000.

Actual starting salary will be determined on an individualized basis.
