All of our PTs work 100% from home. This is a variable hour position with hours assigned weekly based on business needs. While hours will vary between 25-40 per week, the exact number of hours is determined by the company and may change week to week. Seasonal Physical Health Specialists must be available to work the assigned number of hours and cannot choose a specific number within that range.

What you’ll be doing

• Drive clinical outcomes for our patients through exceptional patient engagement
• Provide support, clinical expertise, and connection to build strong, trusting relationships with your members
• Personalize programming protocols to help improve our member experience and drive results
• Ensure high member satisfaction, strong program completion, and improvements in the mental and physical health of your members

Qualifications

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy)
• Must be a licensed physical therapist
• At least 3 years of clinical experience
• Experience with clients' remote monitoring, programming, program progression, and goal setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage members, being able to quickly develop strong rapport
• Ability to think outside the box and adapt to a remote approach and is tech-savvy
• Hard-working, self-starter who is able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced remote environment
• Knowledge of evidence-based exercises and ability to develop programs for all ability levels and comorbidities
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, between 25 and 40 hours/week

Requirements

• This role guarantees a minimum of 25 hours per week, with opportunities to increase up to 40 hours as you build your caseload and grow with the team.
• This is a seasonal position guaranteed for at least 3 months, with the potential for extension of another 3 months and conversion to a permanent role based on individual performance and business needs.

Work Hours

• This is a variable-time position with hours fluctuating between 25 hours/week and 40 hours/week and is fully remote.

Compensation Range

• Base Compensation:
• Regular: $44/hour, with 25 hours/week guaranteed. The $44/hour rate applies equally to all hours worked, whether within the guaranteed 25 or beyond it.
• Bilingual: $46/hour, with 25 hours/week guaranteed. The $46/hour rate applies equally to all hours worked, whether within the guaranteed 25 or beyond it.
• Variable Compensation:
• In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in a monthly incentive program based on the achievement of established company metrics. Payouts are subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of the applicable incentive plan.
• Compensation plans may be modified from time to time at the Company’s discretion, consistent with business needs and applicable law.
• The range below reflects base, variable, and equity for this role. This is a starting point, not a ceiling — once someone joins and proves they're outlier talent, we adjust quickly to make sure their compensation matches their impact.
• Job titles may span more than one career level, so actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and market demand, among other factors.
• The range reflects base salary plus any variable, bonus, or sales incentives, and our estimate of the value of private company stock options where applicable. It's subject to change, and future stock value isn't guaranteed. Sword also offers additional benefits beyond total compensation.

Total Compensation Range

• $44 — $46 USD
