Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2025โ2026 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for BCBAs in a variety of settings. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors and inform interventions.

Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that align with studentsโ IEP goals.

Provide direct, evidence-based behavior analytic services to students in classroom and pull-out settings.

Collect, monitor, and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavior supports.

Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and school staff on data collection procedures and positive behavior strategies.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavior-related recommendations and progress updates.

Offer crisis intervention and support for students exhibiting severe or unsafe behaviors.

Design and deliver professional development sessions on applied behavior analysis best practices.

Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in ABA and school-based behavior support.
Qualifications

Masterโs degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Valid BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification.

Active state BCBA licensure or certification in the state where services will be provided.

Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in educational settings.

Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced school environment.
