Role Description

Clinical LPN/LVN Homecare Scheduler

• Location: Covering Minnesota
• Position: Scheduler - Clinical
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Remote/Virtual Position: Remote
• Salary: $30-$34 per hour based on experience
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 8a-6p CST
• Must Have Home Care Scheduling Administrative Experience scheduling field staff RN, LPN, CNA, HHA Therapies
• Must have Home Care Home Base software experience
• Offer Based on Years of Experience

Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred
• Previous Home Care Scheduling Experience required
• Experience with scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients required
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, Payroll and Onboarding
• Previous experience supporting fast paced branch operations
