[Hiring] Registered Nurse Healthcare Advocate @Solace

Role Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Healthcare Advocate with Solace, you'll work with patients throughout their healthcare journey.

• Guide patients through difficult and complex health concerns.
• Help patients achieve their health and wellness goals while addressing their Social Determinants of Health (SDOH).
• Act as an empathetic listener and action-oriented guide to resolve patients' problems.
• This is a 1099 contract position; you will set your own hours and can work part-time, full-time, or anything in between.
• This role is 100% remote; all patient interactions are performed via video or phone call.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Empathy: You care deeply about people and have a drive to fight for those who can't fight for themselves.
• Clinical and Organizational Skills: Ability to balance multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Technical Adaptation: Ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
• A Bias Toward Action: Proactive in addressing tasks that need to be done.
• Applicants must be based in the United States.
