Role Description

We are currently hiring a Full-Time (0.9 FTE) RN to join our Ambulatory Centralized Clinical Resources team!

This role will perform in-basket support work remotely for identified clinics from a centralized nursing team. The RNs will be supporting outpatient clinics within the Internal Medicine and Family Medicine areas. Responsibilities include:

• Addressing patient concerns
• Providing education
• Utilizing protocols
• Supporting the clinic and patients through timely resolution of concerns via written and verbal communication
• Coordinating patient experience
• Adhering to evidence-based practice
• Implementing system initiatives

A successful candidate is a self-driven individual who can independently apply critical thinking, nursing judgment, and available resources to efficiently resolve patient concerns while providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They are also able to develop strong relationships with system partners and approach challenges with a system-wide perspective.

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week between Monday - Friday
• Day shift, hours of operation for the department are generally 0800-1700
• No holidays/weekends required
• Remote (Must live within Idaho)

Qualifications

• Nursing Degree
• 1 years’ experience
• Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross

Requirements

• In-Basket and Ambulatory experience preferred
• 3+ years of RN experience preferred
• Must be able to obtain additional RN licensures in the state of OR and NV within 6 months of hire
