[Hiring] Registered Nurse @Medix

Role Description

Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. This role involves managing an inbound call center, providing consultations to recently discharged patients to help them schedule follow-up appointments and continue their care.

• Handle approximately four calls per hour, each lasting 5-10 minutes.
• Communicate with individuals who have been discharged from the hospital to assist in their continued care.
• Work with scripted calls and provide consultations to direct patients to appropriate appointments.

Qualifications

• BSN
• Active, non-restricted compact state nursing license with primary state of licensure in specified states.
• 2 years of clinical experience dealing with adults.
• Home Health and Case Management experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
