[Hiring] Quality Improvement Advisor II @Mountain Pacific

Role Description

The full-time remote Quality Advisor supports Mountain Pacific’s work under the Federal Opioid Prescriber Support program. This position provides:

• Direct outreach, engagement, coaching, and targeted technical assistance to assigned prescribers and clinical partners
• Support for evidence-based pain management, opioid stewardship, opioid-related risk reduction, quality improvement, and graduation from the Opioid Prescriber Support (OPS) program
• Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned prescribers
• Documents all required activities
• Works collaboratively with Mountain Pacific team members, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to meet contract expectations and performance goals

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in clinical quality improvement, health care education, provider engagement, technical assistance, or a related field
• A bachelor’s degree or specialty certification is preferred
• Knowledge of health care quality improvement methods, evidence-based pain management practices, opioid-related risk reduction, health care data, and provider support is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or similar documentation systems, CMS quality improvement initiatives, quality reporting, or federal health care contracts is helpful

Requirements

• This position does require travel 15% - 60% of the time
• The target compensation for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 a year
