Role Description

Seasoned Recruitment is currently partnering with premier mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote 1099 contractor positions. Our clinical partners are rapidly expanding to meet increased patient demand as they ramp up support for the upcoming holiday season and prepare for continuous growth into 2027.

• 100% Remote & Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy total control over your availability across all 7 days of the week, with client appointments available until 9:00 PM in the client's local time zone.
• Clients Provided For You: Focus entirely on clinical care without advertising or marketing expenses; all client referrals are assigned directly to your calendar.
• Fast-Track Onboarding: Start seeing clients quickly with no lengthy credentialing process (under 30 days wait time).

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) in at least one U.S. state.
• Independent Practice: Must be eligible to practice without clinical supervision (associate-level or supervised licenses cannot be considered).
• Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated competence in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy, managing diagnostic evaluations, and completing defensible clinical documentation.
• Technical Readiness: High-speed internet connection, secure HIPAA-compliant home office environment, and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
