Role Description

Focus on prevention rather than diagnosis.

Provide guidance for everyday challenges such as work-related stress, self-confidence, relationship dynamics, and finding direction in uncertain times.

Offer planned and on-demand video consults seven days a week.

Help clients set clear, actionable goals in each session (usually 25 minutes).

Guide clients toward meaningful first steps to build skills and autonomy.

Engage with a diverse range of people from various cultural backgrounds and industries.

Participate in weekly intervision sessions and ongoing development.
Qualifications

Master's degree in Psychology.

Minimum of 4 yearsβ experience providing 1:1 consultations after obtaining a Masterβs degree in Psychology.

Solid knowledge of solution-focused therapy, ACT, and/or CBT.

Native-level fluency in Hebrew.

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Tech-savvy with a self-reliant approach to digital platforms and systems.

Freelance experience is a plus.
