Responsibilities

Evaluations:
Conduct detailed psychological and diagnostic assessments for disability claims, including mental and behavioral health.

Testing:
Administer and interpret cognitive assessments, personality inventories, and behavioral measures.

Record Review:
Analyze medical records and social histories to inform comprehensive clinical findings.

Reporting:
Prepare clear, concise reports summarizing diagnoses and recommendations aligned with regulatory standards.

Collaboration:
Work alongside healthcare providers, case managers, and legal professionals to ensure assessment accuracy.

Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and stay current with best practices in telehealth and disability procedures.
Qualifications

Licensure:
Active Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Georgia (and any other U.S. state).

Assessment Expertise:
Proven experience with psychological testing, diagnostic evaluation, and intake interviewing.

Specialized Knowledge:
Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), child/family counseling, and working with diverse populations with disabilities.

Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable delivering remote assessments via telehealth platforms and documenting within medical records systems.

Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging clients and the ability to produce high-quality, professional documentation efficiently.

Option 1: Full-Time Salaried (W2)

Annual Salary: $175,000.00 (paid bi-weekly).

Paid Time Off: 120 hours of PTO annually + 8 paid company holidays + your Birthday off.
