Role Description
We are seeking an experienced psychiatric provider, either a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to join our psychiatry team in a fully remote W-2 position. This role is best suited for a provider who values:

The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs, including:

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania license

Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain DEA registration

Experience in outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health medication management

Strong clinical judgment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfort practicing independently in a remote care environment

Strong documentation habits

Familiarity with EMRs, e-prescribing systems, and telehealth workflows

Compassionate and professional approach to psychiatric care

Ability to collaborate with administrative and clinical support teams
