Role Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
• Deliver crisis intervention and coordinate higher levels of care
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, and care teams
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications

• Required: PMHNP certification with active Ohio APRN/CNP license
• DEA license
• Strong clinical and medication management skills
• Preferred: Community mental health or crisis care experience
• Telehealth experience
