Role Description
Reporting to the Senior Medical Leader, providers function as integral members of the Eleanor Health treatment team. In order to be considered for employment, providers must have experience prescribing MAT in the past and have an active DEA to prescribe controlled substances.
This is a part-time, remote position with an anticipated schedule of up to 20 hours per week. While the role is fully remote, candidates must physically reside in Washington state. At this time, we are unable to consider candidates who reside outside of Washington.
What You'll Do

Provides direct patient care for MAT, substance use and other psychiatric disorders via telemedicine.

Works closely with Eleanor Health Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of medical services with whole-person support services.

Contributes to a unique and attractive culture that values mission-orientation, proactive initiative, ethical behavior, and collaboration.

Ensures medical care and documentation are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations and CARF accreditation standards.

Participates in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.
Qualifications

Current active, unencumbered Washington Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license.

Active DEA certification in Washington.

MSN degree or higher.

Current National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Ability to work across teams and functions, self-starter who quickly identifies what needs to be done and takes ownership.

Benefits

The total target compensation range for a full-time 40 hour per week position is $130,000 - $140,000. Since this is a part-time role, the salary will be prorated based on number of hours worked.
