[Hiring] Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner @Wellity Health

Role Description

Conduct telehealth evaluations, assessments, and medication management sessions to clients located in CA.

• Collaborate with therapists and our supervising psychiatrist to provide integrated care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and families.
• Stay current with psychiatric care practices, telehealth trends, and CME requirements.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in CA, and PMHNP certification in good standing.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Strong clinical judgment and understanding of psychiatric medications.
• Solid telehealth skills, including comfort with EMRs and virtual platforms.
• Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative care team.
• Commitment to delivering equitable, effective care to diverse communities.

Requirements

• Comfort with a high client load on busy days, with a salaried, non-per-session pay structure.
• Reliability and personal responsibility: you're consistent, follow through, and manage your time, caseload, and clinical notes without constant oversight.
