Role Description

We are seeking a bubbly, outgoing, and motivated licensed Dentist to join our team as a full-time independent contractor. This remote position requires an active California Dental License and enrollment as a Denti-Cal provider. • Conduct virtual oral health assessments.
• Ensure dental assistants follow proper assessment procedures.
• Empower patients through oral hygiene education.
• Work closely with our team to ensure high-quality image capture.
• Provide actionable recommendations that patients can take to their primary dentist.

Please note: this is not an immediate hire — credentialing takes approximately 6–8 weeks after all required documents, including updated vaccine records, have been submitted.

Qualifications

• Must be an active Denti-Cal (Medi-Cal Dental) provider.
• Valid CA Dental License.
• Active DEA license.
• Proof of completion of 50 CE credits (required for license renewal).
• Active Liability Insurance.
• Up-to-date vaccine records (required for credentialing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
• Demonstrated alignment with our core values and commitment to equitable care.
• Must be available Monday - Friday.

Benefits

• Pay: $500 per day.
