[Hiring] PMHNP – Substance Use & Mental Health @Psych-Alliance

Role Description

We are seeking a PMHNP to join a behavioral health treatment program, providing psychiatric care and addiction treatment for patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This primarily remote opportunity involves working closely with treatment teams to support patient care.

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing follow-up care.
• Complete admission histories and physicals and addiction-focused medical visits, as appropriate to licensure, credentials, and assignment.
• Support patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate care and treatment planning.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Manage assigned facility relationships and respond promptly to clinical needs and admission deadlines.

Qualifications

• Current PMHNP certification. Dual certification as an FNP and PMHNP is preferred.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, including addiction treatment experience.
• Active Oklahoma licensure and in California; additional licensure in Idaho, or Texas strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with treatment teams.
• Experience in residential treatment, detox, PHP, or IOP settings is preferred.
