[Hiring] PMHNP Clinical Manager @Seven Starling

Role Description

The Starling Medical Group, PC dba Seven Starling is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Clinical Manager to lead and improve Seven Starling’s medical program. This is a full-time management role where you will lead a team of up to 40-60 contract and W2 PMHNPs and drive program improvements, while providing up to 5 hours of direct patient care weekly. You will report to the Chief Medical Officer.

Our ideal candidate is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with proven clinical management experience and expertise in women’s mental health. You have a passion for developing provider teams, driving operational excellence, and implementing quality improvements. You are excited to oversee the medical program, including recruiting talented providers, executing training initiatives, and optimizing team performance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• 2+ years of clinical management experience, preferably with remote healthcare teams
• Expertise in women’s mental health, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), menopause, perimenopause and other related mental health issues - assessment, diagnosis, and medication management
• Experience with provider recruitment, training, and team development
• Quality improvement and performance management experience
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and execute initiatives
• Comfort with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and eagerness to learn new programs

Requirements

• Oversee up to 40-60 contract and W2 PMHNPs through regular check-ins, group consultations, and quality and compliance management
• Lead provider recruitment and hiring - interview candidates, support hiring decisions, and manage onboarding process
• Develop and deliver training programs that ensure consistent, high quality care across all providers
• Conduct quality assurance through chart reviews, performance tracking, and implementing improvement plans
• Execute retention strategies for medical team satisfaction, engagement, and professional development
• Partner with Chief Medical Officer to implement and execute strategic initiatives and provide operational insights and improvement for the medical team
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams to implement improvements to the medical patient and provider experience
• Provide up to 5 hours direct patient care per week for patients
