Role Description

We are looking to provide all our clinicians with great growth opportunities and additionally, flexible time schedules for our candidates in housecall and telemedicine settings.

• Oversee up to four Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners, including signing off on patient charts.
• Diagnose and treat patients in private homes or assisted living facilities, including House Call services for common chronic diseases via “in-person” House Call and/or telemedicine visits.
• Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Develop treatment plans based on standards of care and professional practice guidelines.
• Manage chronic medication and educate patients on test results and treatment plans.
• Order or perform diagnostic tests.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy Medicine Degree (DO).
• Licensed as a physician in good standing in Arizona; additional states preferred.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• 2+ years of post-residency experience in primary care, family practice, urgent care, or specialties.
• Outstanding clinical expertise, evidenced-based practice.
• Culturally responsive and competent, providing patient education at every visit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Above average comfort with technology and assisting patients with troubleshooting technical difficulties that may occur in the home environment.
