Role Description

As a Physical Therapist you will:

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree or Higher
• PT License in state of Practice
• BLS

Requirements

• Must reside in the following states: VA, NC, Indiana, Nevada, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, Wisconsin
