[Hiring] Pediatrician @Maven Clinic 1099 Provider Network

Role Description

Maven is seeking a Pediatrician fluent in Mandarin to join our provider network.

As a Maven provider, you will have the opportunity to connect with members across the globe, scaling impact and healthcare access worldwide. You will join a curated provider network encompassing 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, dedicated to delivering holistic, high-value care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 10-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around:
• Preventative Health and education on vaccinations
• Nutrition and feeding (breastmilk, formula, and solids)
• Introducing new foods/solids
• Skin concerns
• Cold and flu
• Parenting
• Behavioral Concerns
• Capture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPractice
• Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups
• Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone

Qualifications

• Hold a medical degree (MD or DO) and be a board-certified pediatrician in your country of practice (e.g., FRACP in Australia, SAB-recognized specialist in Singapore)
• In good standing with all applicable medical boards; no history of malpractice, disciplinary actions, or loss/restriction of hospital privileges
• Reside in Australia, Singapore, or elsewhere in the APAC region
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Able to provide direct member care for 2 hours per week (part-time, independent contractor role – 1099 position or local equivalent)
• Have 2+ years of experience in telehealth and are comfortable providing care through a digital health platform
• Passionate about women’s and family health
