[Hiring] Patient Care Technician @ERMI

Role Description

The Patient Care Technician is responsible for providing excellent patient care, education, and instruction all while performing fulfillment duties, such as inventory and logistics, to support the selling function of the sales team.

• Schedule, coordinate, and complete setups/adjustments/pickups with patients
• Educate and instruct patients on Ermi program/protocol
• Maintain accounts in company CRM
• Clean, package and return devices to home office as necessary
• Maintain clean and compliant storage facility and inventory counts
• Follow all federal and state healthcare regulations and company policies
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service industry recommended
• Clinical background preferred
