Role Description

RD Nutrition Consultants is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team in a fully remote, part-time role supporting a Food is Medicine program. In this position, you will provide nutrition counseling sessions for patients enrolled in a medically tailored meal program, helping to support improved health outcomes.

This is an ongoing contract position offering flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume.

• 10–15 hours per week
• 100% remote (work from anywhere)
• Must hold an active New York State dietitian license
• Flexible schedule
• Start date: ASAP
• Full training provided

What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual nutrition counseling sessions with patients enrolled in a medically tailored meal program
• Support patients with nutrition education and behavior change strategies
• Complete required documentation following each session
• Appointments typically last 30–60 minutes

Compensation

• $30–$38 per hour

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)
• Active New York State license required
• Spanish-speaking / bilingual strongly preferred
• Comfortable with virtual patient interactions
• Experience with weight management, diabetes, or chronic disease preferred
