Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and talented remote Orthodontic Designer to join our clinical team. You’ll be at the heart of our treatment design process which will involve:

• Creating high-quality orthodontic treatment designs remotely, adhering to company policies and clinical standards.
• Collaborating with the Orthodontic Design Lead to refine and improve processes across the team and company.
• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of treatment planning protocols.
• Providing insights and support for broader clinical strategy initiatives.
• Assisting in recruiting, onboarding, and training new design team members.

Qualifications

• A qualified orthodontist with relevant certification.
• Previous experience in digital aligner treatment planning.
• Proven track record of creating high-quality orthodontic treatment plans.
• Experience with Onyx Aligner software is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work remotely within the GMT time zone.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence.
