Role Description

Piper Companies is seeking an Oncology CRA II to join a leading clinical research organization within the oncology and pharmaceutical industry. The Oncology CRA II will be responsible for monitoring oncology clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining data integrity, and supporting investigative sites throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. This opportunity is ideal for a clinical research professional with strong monitoring experience and a background in oncology studies. The Oncology CRA II role requires you to travel to sites 8-10 days per month.

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits for oncology clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, study protocols, sponsor requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Review source documentation and verify clinical trial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify, document, and resolve site issues, protocol deviations, and data discrepancies.
• Develop strong relationships with investigators, study coordinators, and site personnel.
• Support patient recruitment, retention efforts, and study enrollment goals.
• Prepare monitoring reports and maintain trial master file documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional clinical operations teams to ensure successful study execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience as a CRA with oncology trial experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes.
• Experience conducting site monitoring visits independently.
• Proficiency with EDC systems, CTMS platforms, and clinical trial documentation.

Requirements

• Salary range: $115,000 - $127,000 base salary.
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
