We’re seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN visits in the Tampa area.

• Provide in-home therapy under the supervision of a Registered OT
• Follow individualized treatment plans and physician orders
• Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the clinical team
• Complete timely, accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA license
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program (ACOTE)
• NBCOT certification (or eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience (required)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• AHCA Level II Background Screening
