Role Description

This is a remote position.

• Client Coaching & Wellness Planning
  • Take complete ownership of the success of customized wellness plans for assigned clients.
  • Create personalized food plans and wellness plans in consultation with Luke Coutinho and senior team members.
  • Coach clients across all six pillars of holistic health and educate clients on the foundations of health.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client history, conditions, and goals, and define a clear line of action.
  • Prepare customized food plans based on individual health conditions and requirements.
• Client Engagement & Follow-ups
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly review calls to assess progress, challenges, and improvements.
  • Maintain regular, professional, and cordial communication with clients via calls and chat.
  • Respond to client queries within defined turnaround times.
  • Ensure continuous follow-up on client progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure food plans are shared within the defined timelines.
  • Ensure minimal client feedback related to poor service quality. Actively work towards collecting testimonials and positive feedback from assigned clients.
• Program Management & Support
  • Assist clients holding programmes, transfers, extensions, and cancellations of programs.
  • Arrange calls with Luke Coutinho whenever required.
  • Work with clients towards healing conditions, achieving health goals, and improving quality of life.
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including:
    • CRM, Program dates and call logs
    • Weekly summaries and end-of-program reports
    • Goal status and outcomes
  • Regularly update databases and maintain customer data.
  • Document client testimonials and convert them into structured case studies.
• Maintaining High Quality Standards
  • Ensure timely delivery of services to clients with accurate and complete documentation at all times, contributing to consistently high audit scores.
  • Maintain and uphold industry quality benchmarks, including NPS and CSAT, on an ongoing basis.
  • Support client retention through timely renewals and upgrades, and proactively drive referrals by delivering a high-quality client experience.
• Collaboration & Continuous Learning
  • Work on special projects related to the wellness and nutrition domain.
  • Attend all training sessions, refreshers, team reviews, and meetings organized by the training team.
  • Provide inputs and feedback related to nutrition and wellness programs.
  • Promote the company’s brand values and vision in all client and internal interactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in coaching clients and creating personalized food plans.
• Pertain strong communication abilities with excellent interpersonal, soft skills, and active listening capabilities.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification:
  • Masters in Food, Nutrition, Dietetics or Masters in Clinical Nutrition and Therapeutic Dietetics or Masters in any Food Science and Human Nutrition course with minimum 2 years of experience in the field of nutrition and holistic healing/integrative and lifestyle medicine.
  • OR BSc with Post graduation Diploma in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics; with minimum 3 years of experience in the field of nutrition and holistic healing/integrative and lifestyle medicine.
• Work Experience:
  • At least 2-3 years with clinical experience.
  • Work experience with Cardiovascular Specialist /Oncologists/ Diabetologist/ Endocrinologist will be an added advantage.
• Other Skills & Abilities:
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be effective at prioritizing assigned patient case load.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with patients with tact and empathy.
  • Must have the ability to interact positively with many types.
  • Must have the ability to develop and implement an individualized plan entailing holistic nutrition and integrative and lifestyle medicine in accordance with the patient's medical program goals and objectives.
  • The nutritionists must be able to speak – English, Hindi, Marathi.
