Role Description

The Nursing Assistant provides direct, basic patient care activities under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include:

• Providing care and cleaning of specific equipment
• Stocking of supplies and equipment
• Transportation of patients, supplies, and equipment

Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• CNA/NJ certification/registration required
• 1+ years patient care experience in LTC/Sub Acute

Requirements

• Influenza Vaccinations are a requirement for employment
• If not currently vaccinated, must receive the vaccination prior to hire date during the influenza season, unless an approved medical exemption is provided
