[Hiring] Nurse Practitioner @Midi Health

Role Description

You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years.

• Prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone).
• Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

It’s a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job — and the NPs who thrive here don’t fight that reality, they’re built for it.

• Run efficient visits without sacrificing warmth.
• Close every loop without being reminded.
• Move comfortably between patients and platforms.

Qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
• Active NP license (DEA preferred) and willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• 3+ years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience independently managing your own patients.
• Comfort providing care via telemedicine.
• Expert level technical proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in perimenopause and menopause care, including HRT.
• Experience in weight management, including GLP-1s.
• Experience managing an ongoing patient panel.
• Experience in telemedicine.
• Certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine.

Benefits

• Compensation: $55 - $75 / hour, based on geographic location.
• Employment Type: Full-Time.
• FLSA Status: Exempt.
• Work Location: Remote — work must be completed within the United States.
• Schedule: Between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, patient local timezone.
