Role Description

Join Blair Health, which closes the specialist access gap in women’s health. We pair exceptional Nurse Practitioners with proprietary technology that gives them specialist-level clinical guidance, so patients get specialist-quality care at primary-care speed.

We’re looking for OIIQ-registered Nurse Practitioners (IPS) to join our virtual clinic on a part-time contract basis.

Areas of Care

• Perimenopause & Menopause – evidence-based midlife care, including menopausal hormone therapy (MHT).
• Urology & Pelvic Health – incontinence, recurrent UTI, genitourinary syndrome of menopause.
• Clinical Nutrition & Weight Management – medically supervised metabolic and weight care.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver virtual, specialist-level care across all three areas.
• Use Blair’s technology (guided assessment, protocols, clinical decision support) to practise at the top of your scope.
• Take part in structured onboarding and ongoing training, with mentorship and clinical support.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team and share feedback that improves our care and technology.

Qualifications

• Certification d’IPS délivrée par l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
• Inscription active au Tableau de l’OIIQ, en règle.
• Capacité à prodiguer des soins en français.
• Intérêt marqué ou expérience en santé des femmes.
• Aisance avec les soins virtuels et la technologie.
• Excellentes habiletés en communication et en relation avec les patientes.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (IPS) certification issued by the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
• Current registration in good standing on the OIIQ Roll.
• Ability to deliver care in French.
• Strong interest or experience in women’s health.
• Comfort with virtual care and technology.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.

Assets

• Bilingualism (French and English).
• Registration with other Canadian nursing regulators, or willingness to obtain it.
• Enthusiasm for building.
