Role Description

• No insurance billing for physician/NP visits
• Time to thoroughly review imaging, labs, and patient history
• Team-based care with NPs and metabolic health coaches
• Focus on metabolic health, prevention, and root cause, not reactive medicine
• Fully virtual practice with national reach

Qualifications

• Must reside and work within the United States of America
• Active, unencumbered Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) / Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP license
• Multi-state licensure (or eligibility/willingness to obtain compact/multi-state licenses) is highly preferred
• Strong baseline interest or experience in metabolic health, preventive cardiology, functional/lifestyle medicine, or concierge care
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to conduct engaging video consultations, live Q&As, and public speaking presentations
• Comfortable with modern electronic health records (EHR), asynchronous messaging, remote monitoring tools, and video conference platforms
• Passionate about root-cause metabolic health, dietary interventions, and empowering patients outside the traditional fee-for-service model

Requirements

• Full-time (40 hours/week) exempt position with flexible scheduling structured to meet the needs of our concierge clientele
• Occasional travel for in-person client events, company retreats, and industry conferences
