Role Description
We’re hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional sleep care as a vital member of Dreem Health’s clinical team. Reporting to a Lead Nurse Practitioner, you’ll screen, diagnose, and treat patients struggling with sleep issues, directly shaping their health outcomes and quality of life. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where clinical excellence meets patient-centered care.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates who wish to start within one month.

Applicants without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program — a paid, 4-week training course. Completion of this course is mandatory before beginning any work with patients.

A Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.

A CA APRN License AND one or more additional state licenses are required.

An active CA Furnishing license and an active DEA license (eligible to DEA license).

Preference for candidates that are multistate licensed with one or more of the following states: AZ, CT, FL, GA, IN, NJ, PA, VA.

Additional state licenses a plus.
Requirements

Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine.

Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using our customized EHR.

Applying appropriate billing procedures.

Participating in quality control and improvement activities.

Returning patient messages and calls in a timely fashion.

Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.

Keeping current with and following AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in your clinical care and decisions.

Compensation
$120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
