Qualifications

• Minimum of a BSN required.
• Leadership and management skills preferred.
• Demonstrated skill in finance/budgeting, computer applications, organizational theory and application, human resource management.
• Demonstrated and ongoing commitment to continuous professional growth, development and excellence required.
• Maintains good physical/emotional well-being and a positive attitude.
• Possess personal qualifications such as kindness, sympathy, good judgment, and an ability to relate effectively.
• Recognizes the importance of setting a good example for others.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills required.
• Management applications and customer service marketing preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of management experience in an acute care facility or health care area in Sterile processing required.
• CPR and ACLS Certification required.
• TNCC certification preferred.
