Role Description
Pour les besoins du Service Soin (SSIAD), le CIAS du Bocage Bressuirais recrute un/une Infirmier/ère Responsable de l’équipe (2 infirmières + 25 Aides-soignantes).
Qualifications
- Connaître les dispositifs et acteurs de la santé sur le territoire
- Connaître les techniques de management, de communication et d’animation
- Maîtrise de l’outil informatique
- Connaitre les pathologies, protocoles d’hygiène, savoir évaluer l’état de santé des patients
- Compétences administratives (suite Office notamment)
Requirements
- Diplôme d’Etat Infirmier obligatoire
- Expérience sur un poste similaire souhaitée
- Expérience sur des fonctions de Cadre de santé et/ou être titulaire du CAFERUIS serait un plus
