[Hiring] Nurse Evaluator Supervisor @California Correctional Health Care Services

Role Description

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Level of Care Assessment Unit is seeking a Nurse Evaluator III (NE III) to perform the most difficult and sensitive work within the unit to assess eligibility into the program. Under the general direction of the Supervisor II, the NE III will:

• Manage a team of Nurse Evaluator IIs (NE IIs) and an Analyst II.
• Oversee the statewide evaluation of Level of Care (LOC) determinations.
• Plan, organize, and directly supervise NE IIs in activities related to determining PACE participant eligibility and LOC Audits.
• Supervise an Analyst II that performs the administrative functions for the unit.
• Establish and maintain a working knowledge of the division's programs and policies.
• Respond to stakeholder and public sensitivities.

Qualifications

• CA Registered Nurse License (required).
