Role Description

We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced MSK Clinician to join our remote team delivering online rehabilitation sessions.

• Provide support to patients by delivering remote assessment and treatment sessions.
• Utilise musculoskeletal knowledge to provide assessments and treatments of the spine, upper limb, and lower limb.
• Manage a caseload of patients in a professional manner.
• Work hours are typically 8:00am - 4:00pm, with flexibility available.
• Engage in constant contact and communication with a motivating team to excel within your role.
• Pre-graduate applications are welcome.

Qualifications

• Completed a BASRaT accredited degree (e.g., Sport Rehabilitation).
• Full graduate member of BASRaT, entitled to the use of the title Graduate Sports Rehabilitator.
• Experience of working individually and within a team.
• Ability to set goals and design individualised and progressive rehabilitation programmes.
• Adept in time management and prioritisation.
• Sound musculoskeletal knowledge including assessment/treatment of common conditions of the spine, upper limb, and lower limb.
• Friendly and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with flexibility and willingness to adapt to client needs.
• Commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Proven experience of managing a caseload of patients and running rehabilitation classes (desirable).
• Experience in health coaching (desirable).
• Experience in remote (especially video) MSK triage, planning and management (desirable).
• Post-graduate experience in a MSK triage setting (desirable).
• Speaks another language (desirable).
