This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

• Lead virtual therapy sessions and help clients navigate their mental health journey.
• Create a safe space for clients to express their emotions and experiences.
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve meaningful goals for their well-being.
• Develop personalized treatment strategies and put them into action based on your professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensing: Fully licensed to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Experience in delivering therapy and designing individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtually, with a focus on trust-building.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with online therapy tools.
