[Hiring] Medical Student & Healthcare Trainee - AI Evaluator @Volga Partners

Role Description

Help Shape the Future of AI in Healthcare. This opportunity is designed for candidates who can apply their academic knowledge, clinical training, and evidence-based reasoning to evaluate AI-generated medical information. This is not a traditional clinical position. You will not provide direct patient care, diagnose actual patients, or make treatment decisions for real patients. Instead, you'll assess medical scenarios, evaluate clinical reasoning, identify inaccuracies, and provide structured feedback to help improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing medical education or completing supervised clinical training in General Practice, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant pathways.
• Strong foundation in medical knowledge, analytical thinking, and an interest in applying education to emerging healthcare technology.

Requirements

• Medical students in their third or fourth year, medical interns, or residents pursuing a broad foundation in general medical practice.
• Relevant experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant pathways.
• Ability to assess medical scenarios, interpret clinical information, and distinguish evidence-based reasoning from inaccuracies.
• Excellent written English skills for documenting evaluations and supporting conclusions.
• Comfort working with computers, web-based platforms, and online research tools.
• Willingness to participate in a remote, freelance engagement where assignments and schedules are determined by project needs.
