Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9AM - 6PM PST

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Services Support 2 Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support for high-volume, transaction-oriented assignments. The position involves:

• Data entry
• Document verification
• Adherence to established processes within our contractual business framework

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Required skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience with data entry and document processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow standardized procedures efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to maintain focus in a high-volume environment
• Preferred skills:
  • Medical records experience

• Perform data entry functions across various systems
