Role Description

Our client is a U.S.-based teleradiology practice that works closely with radiologists, clinics, hospital systems, and healthcare teams to support efficient medical imaging services and communication. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Medical Liaison and Operations Coordinator to serve as a central point of communication across the practice. This is a phone- and coordination-focused position that combines inbound call management, radiologist support, communication triage, and administrative assistance.

You will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and determining what each caller needs.
• Efficiently connecting or routing them to the appropriate sales, recruitment, support, medical, or technical contact.
• Serving as an important liaison for radiologists, helping relay requests and coordinate communication between doctors, clinics, clients, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and organized while managing multiple requests and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or medical environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and healthcare organizations.
• Excellent inbound phone handling and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to listen carefully and determine the appropriate next step.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple calls, requests, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to appropriately escalate issues.
• General administrative support experience.
